As an independent assessor for Cyber Security students at Napier
University, I employ the SOAR approach to evaluate student
performance comprehensively. This method involves:
• SITUATION: Identifying and analyzing specific situations where
students were directly involved, leading to distinctive outcomes.
• OBJECTIVE: Clarifying the objectives that students needed to
achieve.
• ACTION: Focusing on the actions taken by students, providing
detailed evidence of their methodologies and approaches to
achieving their objectives.
• RESULT: Assessing the outcomes and impacts of the students'
actions.
My role ensures that students are evaluated based on their practical and
theoretical understanding of Cyber Security, preparing them for
successful careers in the field.

• Mentoring a group of nine - ten dedicated, detailed, and competent
research fellows, in Artificial intelligence (AI), Machine learning (ML),
and Deep Learning (DL). Aiming to publish High impact research
papers in IEEE Xplore, ACM publication, Springer and Taylor &
Francis.

workshops, and other extracurricular activities to enhance their

My main responsibilities in this position were to provide world-class service to existing customers inquiring about their mobile plans. Through effective
communications, professionalism and customer empathy, I aided each customer via phone, online chat, and email. I had a great deal of success and gained a lot of experience from this role.
